Mô tả công việc
1) To conduct data collection on potential customers via telephone, physical visits, networking on material specification, consumption in quantity, purchase frequency and requirement.
2) To process and conduct in-depth analysis on data collection.
3) To develop sales and marketing plan for PET staple fibre of polyester, yarn end users/ manufacturers in Vietnam.
4) To translate marketing and sales plans into action and secure purchase from the identified customers.
5) To negotiate and secure order with suitable customers/
6) To establish yearly term contract with suitable customers.
7) To follow up post sales service, such as visit, meetings, networking events, product complaint, product development discussion etc when required.
8) To process new customer assessment and registration when credit term is required.
9) To monitor and ensure on time payment from customers, no bad debt.
10) To identify opportunity to establish distribution business model for the selected products, when suitable.
11) To prepare weekly report for development progress, monthly sales report, quarterly and yearly sales forecast.
12) To continue propose suitable sales and marketing strategies to improve/ expand/ enhance sales territories.

Yêu cầu
1) Flexible to travel outstation, within Vietnam and Cambodia, if required.
2) Qualification : Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related field from reputable university.
3) Year of experience : Minimum 5 years as sales manager level in textile related industry, preferable PET, polyester etc.
4) Age limit : < 40 years old in 2023.
5) Proficient in verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
6) Computer literate in Microsoft Excel (Up to Pivot table), Words and Powerpoint, preferable intermediate level.
7) Gender : No restriction.
8) Result oriented, independent and proactive.
9) Pleasant and professional groomed.
