Business DevelopmentDevelop new business opportunities for company products.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities throughout Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
Develop business opportunities from design specifications for new projects.
Develop long-term customer relationships and strategic partnerships.
Digital Business Development
Actively utilize LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms to identify new business opportunities and connect with new customers
Build and expand a strong professional network with consultants, contractors, Data Center operators and decision makers throughout Southeast Asia.
Generate qualified sales leads through digital networking and online engagement.
Technical & Commercial Activities
Understand customer applications and recommend appropriate products - overseas training
Coordinate with technical teams to consult on products for customers
Conduct product presentations to customers.
Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
Participate in contract negotiations.
Market
Monitor trends in Data Center and Liquid Cooling technologies.
Analyze competitor activities and market developments.
Identify emerging business opportunities.
Recommend strategies to strengthen market position.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Technical or Commercial
Minimum 5 years of Sales experience with HVAC contractors and HVAC consulting/design companies.
Experience in project sales and specification-driven business.
Experience in the Data Center, HVAC, or Thermal Management industry is highly preferred.
Existing network within the HVAC or Data Center industry is a significant advantage.
