Business Development Manager, Visily

Responsibilities
Join our team to build a cutting-edge UI design platform. Think of Figma, but different ;). We are early but have an incredibly big vision. We're looking for a VP/Director of Growth who will work directly with our CEO to get us to the next stage of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee growth strategies across different areas of the business, including content creation, community, email marketing, partnerships and paid advertising.
Drive user acquisition, retention and engagement through effective marketing (conventional and unconventional) and analytics (quantitatively and qualitatively).
Produce differentiated positioning and messaging as well as customer journey and personas by deeply understanding our users, market and competitors.
Work with the Product team to build effective onboarding and email nurturing to boost enablement and help customers succeed.
Lead content strategy and creation across channels (blog, community, social media, offline events) to establish thought leadership and support demand generation.
