Position Description
Our Ho Chi Minh City office has a position available for an experienced Business Development Manager. Preferably, from an ICT background with excellent communication skills, excellent 'hunting' skills and a solid network of contacts/clients in Vietnam.
Responsibilities
To help deliver AVTech's strategy the successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Developing strategies to 'hunt' for new business as per the company objectives;
• Focusing on small, medium and large client opportunities;
• Achieving KPI's and GP targets;
• Managing client accounts;
• Analysing sales results from the team and recommend suitable strategies to ensure a positive performance for AVTech Vietnam;
• Minimising business risk;
• Learning, understanding and embracing AVTech's core solution portfolio and technology strengths;
• Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, appearance and professionalism;
• Able to communicate affectively between internal departments, clients and partners;
• Developing, training, motivating and managing staff effectively;
• Maintaining a harmonious working environment;
• Managing and developing appropriate partnerships with distributors, technology vendors (especially focus technology partners) and services alliances;
• Working with internal and external resources to grow the business from marketing activities and events;
• Generating sales leads for the business through marketing relationships, activities and events;
• Travelling throughout Vietnam/region.

Yêu cầu

Skills, Experience, Qualifications and Personality Attributes
To help deliver AVTech's strategy the successful candidate MUST HAVE the following skills, experience, qualifications and personality attributes:
• Skills & Experience
o Minimum of 5 years corporate working experience in a sales management role and/or general management role;
o Must have the appropriate levels of contacts and knowledge in the ICT solutions/services industry;
o Must be able to manage and deliver a high level of client satisfaction ('customer service') into all client accounts;
o Excellent communication and written skills in English (and Vietnamese).
• Qualifications
o Candidates with a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline;
o Other known industry qualifications and certifications would be an advantage;
o Marketing experience would be an advantage.
• Personality Attributes
o Professionally presented;
o Self-motivated and willing to work outside the normal business working hours to meet business and client expectations;
o A positive, results oriented and customer focused attitude;
o A desire to take responsibility and ownership to see actions/issues through to completion;
o The ability to adapt to a changing environment that requires proactive and innovative solutions.
