Dable is a content discovery and native ad platform with a mission, "To Connect Users, Media, and Contents".
Dable, headquartered in Korea, was established by the best local personalized recommendation team in 2015, who hold over 10 years of experience at Naver, NC Soft, and SK Planet. Based on its big data and personalization technology, Dable provides high-quality personalized content recommendation services such as 'Content you may like', by analyzing the content consumed by media website visitors in real time.
Dable would like to welcome candidates who resonate with our vision and culture and are willing to grow together as a team.
You will have the opportunity to join us in expanding Dable's business internationally. The Global Ad Sales team captures and develops a variety of unbounded opportunities to extend Dable into several different regions, laying the foundation for our global expansion to thrive in the long term.
Additionally, this role involves collaborating with overseas advertisers and Dable team members from other countries, supporting cross-border campaigns to ensure the success of Dable's international business.
HOW WE WORK
As a Business Development Manager on the Dable Vietnam team, you will be responsible for driving business and partnership growth by identifying and acquiring new clients in the Vietnam market. Leveraging your industry expertise, you'll open doors to high-value opportunities, directly managing relationships with agencies and advertisers to support their growth through Dable's solutions. You will offer innovative, cutting-edge online advertising solutions and actively seek new opportunities in the market.
This role is ideal for a driven and strategic professional with deep industry knowledge and a strong network of key players. You're not just an executor but a thought leader who anticipates industry trends and key opportunities. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining partnerships with agencies and other key players in Vietnam's ad tech industry.
NOTE: This position has 6months of probation period.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Promote Dable's Native Advertising solutions to Vietnamese agencies and advertisers, driving new business opportunities and revenue growth by converting prospects into clients.
• Strategically grow and expand existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and prioritize new growth opportunities for partners, conducting market trend research and proposing innovative solutions to foster expansion.
• Develop compelling sales presentations and execute strategies for Vietnam's market expansion, optimizing market potential.

Yêu cầu
QUALIFICATIONS
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-7 years of experience in ad tech, digital marketing, and a solid understanding of the online ad tech industry and its key players.
• Native in Vietnamese, with fluency in English (both spoken and written).
• Strong problem-solving abilities with experience structuring, analyzing, and resolving complex business challenges.
• Ability to work independently, identifying and pursuing strategic opportunities with little guidance.
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Extensive experience in advertising sales, partnerships, and account management, with a proven ability to acquire and negotiate with new partners/clients.
• Experience in internet, advertising, e-commerce, and/or online services.
• Project management experience with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
• Proven ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and client needs with a proactive, agile approach.
• A can-do mindset with persistence and an adventurous attitude.
MUST SUBMIT YOUR RESUMES/CVS IN ENGLISH.
