Job Summary
The
Business Development Manager (Open for Expat) is responsible for driving business growth through strategic opportunity development and end-to-end sales execution. This role focuses on building a strong pipeline, closing high-value deals, and developing long-term client partnerships.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Strategy
Develop and expand a strong pipeline of industrial clients (factories, FDI, industrial zones) by identifying, targeting, and converting high-potential accounts.
Develop and execute growth strategies, build and manage a high-quality pipeline of rooftop solar projects to achieve revenue targets.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to refine go-to-market approach and advise strategic direction.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Develop and maintain client relationships while expanding key accounts and networks to drive business growth, and long-term partnerships.
Manage the entire client lifecycle to ensure seamless communication and high client satisfaction throughout the project journey.
3. Deal Structuring & Negotiation
Lead end-to-end deal execution from proposal development to contract closure, including pricing, commercial terms in line with the laws, the Company's regulations
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Technical teams to finalize bankable agreements (PPA, EPC)
4. Reporting
Deliver periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly) on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
