Business Development Manager

Completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Proficient in either Modeling & Simulation or Real-Time Operating Systems
Substantial engineering or computer science background
Demonstrated experience in conducting software demos and delivering technical presentations
Capable of comprehending and addressing technical requirements of customers
Sales approach focused on providing consultative and solution-oriented services
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Proficient problem-solving abilities
Strong interpersonal and customer-focused approach to building relationships
Background in software solutions sales
Ability to work autonomously or in a team
Openness to traveling and adjusting to diverse cultural settings
Preparation of proposal decks and sales pitches to promote solutions to target accounts
Technical background not necessarily required, but previous experience in software sales and solutions preferred
