TMA ([protected info]) is a leading software company in Vietnam with company in Vietnam with nearly 4,000 engineers and 29 years of experience in providing quality services for leading technology companies from 30 countries.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new opportunities, build strong relationships, and work with internal teams to grow our business.

Job Description:

Plan and manage business development activities to meet the company's objectives
Build and maintain relationships with partners & clients
Present company services & capabilities to potential clients
Prepare and host customer visits/meetings (mostly overseas)
Analyze customer needs and expectations for new business opportunities
Analyze the software market to propose new services/solutions
Coordinate with technical teams on proposals/quotations
Write promotion documents (case studies, website, brochures, presentations, etc.)

Qualification/ Required Skills:

University degree or higher
At least 5 years of experience in business development, B2B sale
Experience of BD in IT industry is a PLUS
Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal communication
Good English writing and speaking
Prefer candidates studied overseas or having overseas working experience
