Role Description The
Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with a focus on photographers, event organizers, agencies, and brands seeking real-time photo delivery solutions. On a day-to-day basis, this role will prospect and qualify leads, conduct client meetings and product demos, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to close deals.

Manager also needs to identify partners to raise the visibility of the platform online.
The Business Development
Manager will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine offerings, gather client feedback, and support go-to-market initiatives. This position includes maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, monitoring market trends, and representing Pixload at industry events and networking activities. This is a full-time, on-site role.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in business development, sales, and account management, preferably in technology, SaaS, or event services.
Experience with lead generation, pipeline management, and CRM tools to track and optimize sales activities.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
Comfort working with digital products and basic familiarity with event technology, photo sharing platforms, or marketing tools.
Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Fluency in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken, is highly beneficial.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
