You will be responsible for Vietnam business development and sales. You shall report to Malaysia head office, this includes but not limited to:
• Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections.
• Knowledge of online and
digital marketing is compulsory.
• Liaising with head office team and prepares monthly reports for presentation
• In charge of full spectrum of business expansion, sales, customer service, operations and P&L control with clear mandate of generating business growth in local market.
• Must have strong networking contacts with shopping malls' leasing team
• Identify new markets and develop new strategies that capitalize on the growth opportunities.
• Drive productivity to maximize resource utilization. Plan, lead, manage and monitor sales on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensures that all activities and operations are performed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operations.
• Researching the country or region thoroughly and adapting strategies accordingly.
• Reporting to HQ in planning and executing new business project.
• Minimum a Bachelor's degree, in Business / related fields or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 year(s) working experience in retail, sales, operations and/ or Digital Marketing is required.
• Ability to communicate in English is compulsory when communicating with Malaysia head office team
• Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management and leadership.
• The candidate is expected to be based in Hanoi and required to travel to HCM on a monthly basis.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Be a self-starter, possessing a passion for excellence and a proven ability to initiate change and continuously seek improvement.
