Develop a business plan to ensure sales targets meet or exceed year-over-year growth for the selected business within your assigned market.
Manage and retain relationships with existing and potential clients (B2B) as well as business partners.
Identify target customer groups and new markets to develop new business opportunities and market approaches.
Collaborate closely with other functional teams to address customer inquiries and demands.
Handle business operations tasks such as sales processes, business contracts, invoices, business documents, revenue and profit reports, to support business growth.
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in one of the following industries:
FMCG Industry: As a Key Account Specialist or Business Development Specialist in a digital agency, with experience in providing
digital marketing solutions to clients.
Loyalty Industry: Experience with system integration and digital product management, along with a working knowledge of banking, insurance, aviation, and e-wallet sectors.
Gift Card/Employee Benefits Industry: Experience in companies specializing in business consulting solutions (such as HR services and software) or traditional gift firms.
Ability to provide new and distinct insights to clients.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior and the client's personality, as well as the customer's key motivations.
Proficiency in identifying and articulating distinct business metrics relevant to their industry.
Experience in managing relationships within companies that have complex departmental hierarchies.
Expertise in designing solutions, presentations, and proposals
Willingness and enjoyment in debating.
Proactive in challenging customers and prepared for peer-to-peer negotiations aimed at achieving win-win outcomes.
Strong consultation skills for providing advice.
