A. What you do:
As a Business Development Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts. This role will involve representing our company, developing effective sales processes, and maintaining strong customer relationships globally.
Sales & Market Expansion:
Proactively search for potential customers from various data sources, including cold data, personal network data, partner channel data, data generated by the marketing team,...
Establish relationships, understand, and absorb customer needs and problems.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in both Vietnamese and global markets.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Address customer issues and provide ongoing support to enhance their experience with our products.
Yêu cầu
Proven experience in business development and sales B2B, ideally in the SaaS sector.
Experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
At least 1 years of experience in B2B sales
Have a strong knowledge of pipeline building and sales outbound skills.
Have strong presentation skills, both during in-person meetings and over conference calls.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in English.
