Key Responsibilities
1. Market Expansion & Acquisition
Proactively identify, approach, and establish relationships with new enterprise clients/partners through multiple channels (Social media, networking, internal lead sources).
Continuously analyze partner needs and industry trends; deliver regular reports (weekly/monthly) to provide valuable market insights and identify new business opportunities.
2. B2B Account Management
Closely guide and support enterprise partners throughout the initial setup process (Onboarding).
Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with the existing client network, ensuring long-lasting satisfaction and engagement.
Schedule and conduct regular review meetings (Online/Offline) with partners to evaluate business performance and strategize joint growth plans.
3. Brand Building & Marketing
Build a professional personal brand on social media platforms to directly attract potential B2B partners.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing team on seeding campaigns and product promotion initiatives.
4. Industry Engagement
Actively participate and network at specialized events and conferences within the Print-on-Demand (POD) and e-commerce industries.
Yêu cầu
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Account Management (experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or Print-on-Demand is a plus).
- Proven ability to identify, approach, and build relationships with B2B clients through multiple channels such as social media, networking, and cold outreach.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills; confident in working with enterprise clients.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research, identify trends, and generate business insights.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts/partners simultaneously, track performance, and propose improvement strategies.
