1. Sales & Marketing Management
- Be responsible for monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing Department at the head office to implement business and marketing activities such as trade fairs, workshops, customer conferences, product launches,
digital marketing, etc.
- Regularly update market and pricing information; participate in market research, analysis, and propose market entry and expansion plans.
- Directly handle sales and services for Key Accounts; maintain strong relationships with decision makers of major clients/MNCs.
- Monitor sales performance and propose initiatives to drive revenue growth.
2. Customer Service
- Implement customer service strategy and translate annual plans into monthly/weekly action plans.
- Supervise the field service team's activities to ensure service quality and timely support.
- Facilitate communication and reporting between customers, internal teams, and overseas suppliers/experts when required.
- Train and develop the service team to meet international service standards.
3. Team Management
- Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training sales/service staff as assigned.
- Supervise daily work, provide guidance, and support the team to achieve targets; conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Build a dynamic, disciplined, and highly engaged team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Psychology, or other related fields.
- Good command of English (both spoken and written).
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales Management, Business Development, or Marketing.
- Experience working in a professional environment and/or serving foreign clients; preferred backgrounds include Industrial Sales, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Machinery, Chemicals, Technology-based products.
- Proficient in computer skills, reporting, and modern management tools.
