Field Business Development | Data Partnership Lead
Salary: VND 30-45 million/month + Commission, total - 45-60 mil VND /month. Gross

Working type: Start at Remote Fulltime and change to Hybrid Working when we open office. We are not open for part-time or 2nd-job.
Location: Hanoi, Vietnam (on-the-ground / field-based, with regional travel)

ABOUT US: We build the data engine and operating system for precision robotics. Our data fleet captures real-world data from everyday work that helps train the next generation of robots. We're scaling our supply network in Vietnam and need someone to build it on the ground in Hanoi.THE ROLE
You'll own the full partner lifecycle for our Hanoi-based fleet: sourcing partners, pitching them on a new revenue stream, evaluating fit, onboarding them, and ensuring a strong early experience.
You'll be the face of our brand locally and the engine behind our supply growth in northern Vietnam. You'll work hand-in-hand with our Hanoi Operations
Project Manager - you bring partners in; operations keeps the data flowing. Together you form the local backbone of our Vietnam expansion.
We work with a wide variety of businesses and individuals - not just factories. This includes garment and textile workshops, electronics and light manufacturing, traditional craft villages (woodworking, ceramics, silk, metalwork), motorbike and automotive repair, food and beverage and food processing, tailoring and fashion, retail and consumer goods shops, construction and hardware, printing and design, hospitality, home services, and independent skilled and manual workers, among many others. The work spans everything from everyday tasks to specialized, skilled trades.
What you'll do
Identify and reach out to a wide range of businesses (including factories and workshops) and independent manual and skilled workers across Hanoi and surrounding provinces - including the industrial and craft-village belt spanning Bắc Ninh, Hưng Yên, Vĩnh Phúc, and Hà Nam
Pitch the partnership and the additional income opportunity clearly and honestly, in person and over Zalo/phone
Assess each partner against our quality and suitability criteria
Guide partners through signing and enrollment in our payment system, including support for partners less familiar with digital payments
Hand off smoothly to the operations team and stay involved to ensure a good onboarding experience
Follow up by phone or Zalo after onboarding to confirm things went well and gather feedback
• Build repeatable processes and a referral network - leveraging trade associations, industrial zone management boards, craft village networks, and word-of-mouth - to scale partner acquisition sustainably
Field BD / Sourcing Track Record: 4+ years in field sales, merchant onboarding, supplier sourcing, or local network acquisition.
Based in Hanoi with deep familiarity with the local business and labor landscape, from industrial parks to family-run workshops
Fluent in Vietnamese and English (written and verbal)
Strong relationship-builder and persuasive communicator - comfortable earning trust with everyone from factory directors to independent tradespeople
Experience in partnerships, sales, BD, field ops, or community/network building
Organized and reliable in managing a high volume of relationships
Comfortable owning targets and operating with autonomy
Willing to travel regularly within Hanoi and to neighboring provinces (motorbike license a plus)
Nice to have
Existing network among Hanoi-area businesses, manufacturing, industrial zones, or trades
Experience onboarding partners, vendors, or gig/field workers at scale
Familiarity with craft village economies or SME/household business culture in northern Vietnam
Interest in robotics, AI, or data
