Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Senior Business Development Specialist (Logistics, 1350$, ID19944)
1. Market Outreach & Client Engagement
Initiate connection with both warm prospects and active business partners within Vietnam using tailored, professional communication frameworks.
Convey highly precise, transparent, and up-to-date specifications regarding our logistics services.
Address and resolve customer inquiries with a high degree of speed, diplomacy, and professional etiquette.
2. Sales Enablement & Qualification
Uncover core operational requirements of clients through strategic questioning and attentive listening.
Adapt value propositions dynamically to accelerate decision-making and support deal closures.
Filter and route high-potential, qualified sales leads directly to the core Business Development (BD) division.
3. BD Operations & System Support
Draft detailed commercial offers, structure service pricing, and conduct structured follow-ups with corporate clients.
Join field sales meetings and site visits alongside members of the BD department.
Perform configuration and administrative maintenance of rate sheets within the Cello Square platform to guarantee instantaneous quotation generation.
4. Account Management & CRM Administration
Manage client feedback and escalate operational issues systematically with a solutions-oriented mindset.
Cultivate sustainable, high-trust partnerships to unlock recurring sales funnels.
Maintain absolute data integrity by continuously logging client interactions and progress updates inside the Mysales CRM system.
Compile and present structured weekly performance reports to designated division heads
Requirement
Male/Female, under 40 years old
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or inside sales in logistics field.
Good at English
