JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Business Development
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry insights to develop customer acquisition strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- Identify, reach out to, and expand a network of potential clients across various industries.
- Build and optimize the sales process, customer care workflow, and after-sales policies to improve the conversion rate and contract renewal rate.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Consult clients on suitable Digital Marketing solutions with a data-driven and performance-focused approach.
3. Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams such as Account, Creative, Media, and Marketing to ensure high-quality service delivery and an excellent client experience.
- Collaborate in preparing proposals, pricing, and project execution plans with relevant teams.
4. Reporting & Evaluation
- Prepare periodic reports on revenue, new clients, pipeline status, and growth forecasts.
- Propose solutions to enhance overall business performance and improve service quality.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Experience & Expertise
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BD/Sales within a Digital Marketing Agency, Advertising Agency, or Social Media Company.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, budget management, and supporting team leadership is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end marketing campaign development-from strategy to execution-with an emphasis on effectiveness and measurable results.
2. Skills
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and project management skills.
- Strong ability to persuade, build trust, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
3. Languages
Able to communicate proficiently in at least one of the following languages: English / Korean / Japanese / Chinese. (Candidates capable of working directly with international clients are highly preferred.)
