Mô tả công việc
• Analysis and Recommendations: Conduct research and evaluate the investment efficiency of projects. Provide recommendations and guidance on new business areas such as environmental management, renewable energy, and construction investment.
• Surveying and Project Management: Participate in surveys, prepare feasibility reports, and manage the supervision of construction investment project execution.
• Relationship Building and Procedures: Establish and maintain working relationships with local authorities and agencies. Handle investment procedures, draft, and process relevant documents and correspondence.
• Support and Delegation: Perform other tasks as requested by the department head and engage in related duties as assigned.

• Relationship Building and Procedures: Establish and maintain working relationships with local authorities and agencies. Handle investment procedures, draft, and process relevant documents and correspondence.

Yêu cầu
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in similar roles. Preference for candidates with experience in environmental, renewable energy, and construction investment projects.
• Professional Knowledge: Familiarity with legal regulations and activities related to the environment, renewable energy, construction, bidding documents, and FDI investment.
• Skills: Strong analytical, evaluative, communication, and time management skills. Ability to think logically, work independently, and make decisions.
• Personal Characteristics: Honest, independent, objective, confidential, compliant with regulations, and cautious.
