Job Description
Research and identify potential franchisees for the franchise pharmacy model.
Schedule and conduct meetings with potential franchisees to present the franchise opportunity and answer any questions.
Follow up with potential franchisees to continue the discussion and provide additional information as requested.
Prepare and present franchise agreement proposals to potential franchisees.
Secure franchise agreements from potential franchisees.
Collaborate with other departments (such as Legal, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure a smooth franchise onboarding process.
Maintain accurate records of franchise sales activities and progress.
Attend trade shows and other events to network and generate leads for franchise sales.
Meet or exceed franchise sales targets set by the company.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in sales, franchise sales preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential franchisees.
Familiarity with the pharmacy industry and franchise business models is a plus.
