SALES EXECUTIVE/ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE FOR VIETNAM AND GLOBAL MARKET
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an Account Executive to create long◦ term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Executive's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serve as the lead point of contact for customer account management matters
• Build and maintain strong, long◦ lasting client relationships
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotas
• Report, track and forecast key account metrics (e.g. monthly sales results and quarterly forecasts)
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Yêu cầu công việc
BA/BS degree from FTU, DAV, Hanoi University... Age: 24◦ 33
• IELTS 6.5
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present to stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C◦ level
• Listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience with US/Australia/EU clients
• Experience in software industry
• Proven work experience as an Account Executive, Sales Executive, or relevant roles
• IELTS 6.5
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present to stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C◦ level
• Listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience with US/Australia/EU clients
• Experience in software industry
• Proven work experience as an Account Executive, Sales Executive, or relevant roles

◦ Minimum of 13 salary months / year. Consider UP 2 times / year
