What you'll do:

Design and implement data models that support business objectives (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly): telesales model & in-app model
Revenue forecasting based on the current trend and predictive tactics
Price testing for potential markets, accessing the effects of price changes.
Develop, maintain, and manage BI solutions including ZOHO CRM, dashboards and reports.
Monitor and ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across various sources (ZOHO CRM, Amplitude, Revenue, Ads Platform,...)
Automate data collection processes and improve data retrieval efficiency.
Provide training and support to team members on BI tools (Looker/Tableau/...).
Collect requests from B2C department to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions (using SQL, Deluge or JavaScript).
Work with technical team (Data Engineering, Front-End, Back-End,...) to reach the business requirements.

What you need:

Graduate certificate in data analysis with a strong understanding of BI tools (e.g Looker ,Tableau, Power BI,...).
Proficient in SQL and data warehousing, data module concepts.
Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Deluge, JavaScript is a plus
