We are looking for a talent who is suitable for the position of Business Manager to join Stavian to #GOGLOBAL with the following criteria & work:
  • Responsible for trading tasks of the liquid products (methanol and ethanol) according to business plans of The Company.
  • Look for new customers & take care assigned customers; build and maintain good relationships with clients as well as partners in relevant industries to ensure continuous business growth and ability to negotiate and create win-win situations
  • Analyze, identify trends in both global and local markets to identify suitable sales channels and pricing for business development.
  • Take part in conferences of relevant industries in Vietnam or overseas
  • Coordinate with other departments for completion of administrative sales service such as contract preparing and shipment logistics...
  • Daily, weekly and monthly monitoring and updating of sales activities or other market reports when requested
  • Management of debt collection system and program to ensure low level of outstanding debt ratio.
Requirements:
Experiences:
  • From 1 - 3 years of experience in chemical sales (methanol & ethanol products) or fresh graduate with high passion in sales & deep knowledge in import & export
Skills:
  • Good command of written and spoken of bilingual languages: English
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Time and task management
  • Able to be on abroad or domestic business trips.
Qualification:
  • Graduated from top universities in Vietnam such as Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Foreign Trade University, National Economics University...or overseas universities.
  • Background in Chemical/ Chemical Engineering is an advantage.
Job Description
  • Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets. Develop and maintain customer data base by contacting, collect inquiry and sending offer regularly.
  • In charge of buying and selling plastic resins including Polyolefin, PVC from INDIA producers, distributors and selling Polyolefin, PVC, PET to assigned existing customers and new customers.
  • Represent company at meetings and conferences in INDIA and international tradeshows to promote company's trademarks and products.
  • Maintain and develop relationship with INDIA resin producers
  • Assisting Branch Manager to monitor logistics, inventory management and cargo allocations.
  • Conduct market research by gathering market information for price setting to specific markets.
  • Prepare marketing reports; market situation and competitors' products to analyze market trend based on region, seasoning and customer habit.
  • Marketing idea and strategy to gain potential customer's interest.
Preferred Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in trading polymers in INDIA and international markets.
  • In-depth understanding about polymer market in INDIA.
  • Able to be on abroad or domestic business trips.
  • In-depth understanding of the latest business policies and regulations.

  • Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding leadership quality and negotiation skills
  • Time and task management.
  • Be able to work independently under high pressure and flexibility work environment
Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, International Trade or other related fields. MBA degree is preferred.
