We are looking for a talent who is suitable for the position of Business Manager - Specialty Polymers(Mexico) to join Stavian to #GOGLOBAL with the following criteria & work:

Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets. Develop and maintain customer data base by contacting, collect inquiry and sending offer regularly.
In charge of buying and selling Specialty Polymers such as Elastomer, POE, EVA[protected info] MEXICO producers, distributors and selling Elastomer, POE, EVA ...to assigned existing customers and new customers.
Represent company at meetings and conferences in MEXICO and international tradeshows to promote company's trademarks and products.
Maintain and develop relationship with MEXICO resin producers
Assisting Sales Director to monitor logistics, inventory management and cargo allocations
Market research, conduct market research by gathering market information for price setting to specific markets.
Prepare marketing reports; market situation and competitors' products to analyze market trend based on region, seasoning and customer habit.
Marketing idea and strategy to gain potential customer's interest.

Preferred Requirements:

3-5 years of related experience in trading polymers in Mexico and International markets.
Able to work under flexible time due to different time zone.
Able to be on abroad or domestic business trips.
Working knowledge of the latest business policies and regulations.
Domestic traveling will be required.
