Business Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Market Focus, North Vietnam
• Develop distributors sales growth to budget within defined territory
• Develop new business opportunities at end-user levels within defined market segments
• Gathering of market intelligence, market and industry trends and conditions
• Explore and develop new market opportunities
• Responsibility for new product launches, promotions, maintain end-user / distributor contact list and manage information
• Provide technical and sales supports to distribution partners and key end-users
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers at peer customer level
• Align company's marketing programs to develop distributors sales growth
• Represent uvex at appropriate industry associations, distributor events and functions as and when required
• Ensure Honesty, Integrity and excellent behaviour at all times
• Teamwork, communication and active demonstration of company values to colleagues and customers
• Establish and manage effective work relationships and work priorities
• Maintain timely communication and reporting to the reporting manager
