Responsibility 1: Strategy and Planning (50%)
• Participate in proposing and execute strategy and plan of the company, including:
• Catch up the new trends of retail industry, ecommerce, competitors;
• Optimize the Organization Chart structure and organizational resources/ headcount;
• Coordinate with departments to set up, implement their target plan as well as proposing solutions;
• Cooperate with external partnerships (market research, banks, ecommerce, etc.) to enhance the Company's brand, performance as well as increase the customer's experience and convenience.
Responsibility 2: KPI evaluation and Incentive (40%)
• Coordinate with department to set up Target, KPI for each departments, given the most motivation for all staffs/teams/departments;
• Evaluate the KPI achievement of departments, based on target and actual performance;
• Proposing the timely and deserved incentive;
• Calculate monthly and yearly incentive of stores and MD teams based on current target and performance;
• Set up Records target for incentive of stores an MD teams;
• Other incentives as requested by Line Manager/ Director.
Responsibility 3: Reporting (10%)
• Support to organize BOD meetings and other meetings;
• Keep track the implementation of GD's requests from departments/teams;
• Conduct ad-hoc reports, requested by Team leader, Director
