A Butler Supervisor organises all tasks of butlers, as well as guides and coaches them in providing service that is caring, thoughtful and tailored to the needs of their very important guests.
Like all butlers, the Supervisor is culturally aware and skilled in protocol, social etiquette and formal service. This person also oversees the proper setting of tables, management of household, and butler services such as the packing and unpacking of luggage.
Being creative, intuitive, detail-oriented and attentive to anticipate the needs of VIP guests, and being able to respond calmly to challenging situations are a must. The multi-tasker is also a good problem-solver and communicator who creates an atmosphere that is positive for both the team and guests.

Provide advanced dining room service
Read and interpret operational reports
Solve problems and make decisions at a supervisory level

Good looking
English proficiency (3 skills)
2 years' experience in the same position or 3 years' experience as a butler.
Experience in management may be advantageous.
Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
The ability to work under pressure.
