Butler Supervisors

To oversee the day to day operations in areas relating to Residences Villas, to supervise all butler team in conjunction with the Head butler, ensuring butlers always follow the policies and procedures set by Four Seasons The Nam Hai.
To assist in general inventories by taking inventories for cutlery, glassware, chinaware, linen and guest supplies, recording all stock, and maintaining control of all issuing.
To check on Residential Guests' satisfaction and follow up on the feedback provided to rectify shortfalls and coach butlers.
Act as a Butler during peak season or for any VIP Guests' required as per the Management discretion.
Inspect the work of Butler team. Monitors each butler's daily progress to ensure that they meet all the policies and procedures. When standard have been meet, bring butler to correct the deficiency. Train and coach the butlers.
Schedule work to be done daily. Inspect the residences villas to assure that all standards have been met. Inspect the arrival villas, servicing villas, turndown services as well as the dining/BBQ at villas. Coordinate with housekeeping, Engineering, FB to ensure all standards are met the requirement. As well as follow up to ensure work is completed.
Interacts and handles all guest needs with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner. Interaction with guest will be in person and by phone.
Know all duties set out in all residences job descriptions and ensure that systems are being followed.
Keep open communicate with head butler, ADOH and DOH and have regular meetings.
