- Report to the Residence Butler in Charge or Residence Supervisor at the start of each shift, ensuring all duties are clearly communicated and understood
- Anticipate guests' needs by attentively observing, inquiring, and reviewing guest profiles, ensuring personalized and memorable service experiences in collaboration with the Residence Butler team
- Remain fully informed of any updates or changes affecting the residence or guest experience, ensuring the smooth operation of all service functions.
- Deliver service through meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every aspect of the guest experience is flawless.
- Address and fulfill guests' requests promptly, collaborating closely with the Residence Butler in Charge or Supervisor to maintain the highest standards.
- Assist in administrative tasks, such as completing necessary documentation related to departmental matters or reports.
- Maintain the residence in pristine condition, performing regular checks before and after each service to ensure cleanliness and upkeep.
- Prepare the residence for guest arrival by ensuring all necessary arrangements, supplies, and equipment are in place ahead of service times.
- Ensure the availability of all essential tools and equipment in the residence, supporting a high-quality guest experience.
- Exercise care and precision in all tasks, minimizing breakages and waste.
- Assist the Residence Butler in Charge in executing upselling strategies to maximize revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Support the team in performing inventory checks post-departure, ensuring all items are accounted for in the residence.
- Participate in daily briefings led by the Residence Butler Supervisor or Department Head, staying informed of key updates and operational details.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of service standards.
- Foster strong communication with the Residence Butler Supervisor or Department Head, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Report any issues or concerns related to the residence promptly to the Residence Butler in Charge or Supervisor, facilitating swift resolutions.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Residence Butler Supervisor or Department Head to support operational excellence.
