Mô tả công việc

- Support employees in resolving issues related to social insurance, register fingerprint, tax codes, and dependent registration for family deductions...
- Support C&B Executive in ensuring the timely and complete collection of required employee documents, such as labor contracts, employee profiles, promotion letters, transfer letters, appendix and merit increase letters, in accordance with company standards and Labor Law.
- Support C&B Executive in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Support C&B Executive in preparing labor contract, appendix, resignation decisions, and other related documents.
- Input and verify data in HR systems for accuracy and timely update.
- Support C&B Executive with monthly and quarterly reviews of mandatory field completeness in the master data of SF and HR system, and recommend system improvements for enhanced efficiency.
- Support C&B Executive to roll-out e-signatures for all PVM
- Support, prepare, and provide data and documentation for HR-related audits. Coordinate the completion of corrective action plans following audits. Conduct regular self-assessments and document checklist reviews to ensure compliance.
- Support the C&B Executive in exporting monthly overtime data for compliance.
- Support HR internal audit projects.
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu

- College graduated - Accounting/ Informatics
- Proficient in MS Office and Vietnam Labor Law;
- Reading comprehension English;
- Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills;
