JOB DESCRIPTION
Implement the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations and compensation & benefits administration.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and check timesheet, OT, petrol claim, allowance as company policy and make payroll
Approach and check to follow up the labor contract, appendix, decision
In charge of SHUI, Trade Union complies as law
Manage PIT follow up: PIT code, independence register, PIT declaration
Manage, update HR data system updated timely (leave/payroll/insurance/Headcount status/PIT).
Deal with the employee issues, follow-up legal compliance papers (the contract/work permit/resident card...).
Comply with all existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting requirements and maintain minimal company exposure to lawsuits
Implement all relevant HR reports as required.
Support for the manpower plan and Admin HR budget control.
Organize Trade union activities and the other employee engagement events.
Other recruitment tasks if required by line manager

Yêu cầu
Graduate from university, college, or the relevant level
At least 2 years of experience in the same position
Good knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, SHUI law, PIT law and other regulations
Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
Good communication in English
Strong organization skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills, accounting skills, problem- solving skills and a good attention to details
Hardworking, teamwork, supportive, and customer-oriented
At least 2 years of experience in the same position
Good knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, SHUI law, PIT law and other regulations
Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
Good communication in English
