Mô tả công việc
• Implement company policies such as: working regulations, regulations on salary and bonus, welfares and benefits, other allowances, etc.
• Control and follow up attendance records of all staffs to have a full data for the payroll.
• Be responsible for monthly payroll calculation (salary, allowances, deductions, adjustments, overtime payment, unpaid leave, sick leave...) for employees based on the timesheet records.
• Complete the final compensation and severance allowance for resigning employees.
• Consult with C&B Team Leader to respond to the employees' queries on payroll, personal income tax matters, social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
• Follow up annual leave and other leaves of foreign employees.
• Assist C&B Team Leader in preparing labor reports and other reports to local agencies as requested.
• Make declaration of social and health insurance, unemployment insurance for employees every month.
• Make SHUI report every month as per mandatory requirements.
• Contact related agencies on providing social insurance book and health care card for employees as per local law as well as any concerned matter arising.
• Update healthcare insurance employee list and inform insurer accordingly, follows up with them for claim documents.
• Complete the transferring procedure Social Insurance Book for leaving staffs.
• Manage the implementation of health care policy and work closely with healthcare insurance to solve related- issues.
• Assist C&B Team Leader in implementation of personnel transaction such as promotion, transfer, performance, review, and termination.
• Control personnel data from officially employed date to resignation including of inputting, updating, maintaining personal data and filing personal profiles of all staffs.
• Prepare labor contracts and follow up for the renewal ones.
• Do necessary formalities when staffs resign such as: take over company assets (if any), inform IT and related Depts. for following actions (off-boarding process).
• Perform other tasks or initiatives that are directed by C&B Team Leader.
Yêu cầu
• University degree in Law, Business Administration, English or similar.
• Good Knowledge of Labor law & regulations, SHUI & PIT.
• Good understanding of current Vietnamese policy on foreign investment & provisions for foreign investors living in Vietnam.
• At least 3 years of experience in similar position with a foreign manufacturing company or JV.
• Having experience in HR system management is an advantage.

• Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Good at numerical & analytical skills.
• Attention to details with high accuracy.
• Good problem-solving skill.
• Good English.
• Careful and accurate.
