C&B Specialist

• Manage Employee Information, Record such information to the Employee Master file, Filing C&B paperwork;
• Manage and control the C&B activities for group of companies including monthly payroll, social charges, PIT, ensuring the accurate preparation in line with Company's policies and legal compliance;
• Manage Annual leave and other types of leave, make the monthly Annual leave report;
• Manage Company Medical Insurance: Increase & Decrease report to Insurance Company, In coordination with HR team to follow up & renew the annual medical insurance contract.
• Manage and develop the process of changing employee status: Probation Contract, labor contract, promotion, replacement, resignations, terminations and handle of employee grievances, disciplines;
• On-boarding process for new staff;
• Process for employee terminations;
• Labour Reports and other reports required by the government;
• Prepare and manage monthly HR C&B Budget;
• Monthly C&B Report;
• Update the new law relating to HR for developing and updating Company regulations and policies in compliance with current Vietnamese labor law; supervise the compliance of these rules to ensure its alignment with over all Company operation;
• Union related tasks;
• In supporting to organize the Company event: Year End party, Internal parties, Company trip;
• Other requested by HR manager, BOD.
