Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR Administration.
Good understanding of Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations, and Personal Income Tax regulations.
Experience handling SI, PIT, labor contracts, and HR reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Experience using HRIS systems is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Intermediate English communication skills are preferred.
