Lead day-to-day C&B activities and contribute to organizational development through effective HR systems, data analysis, and process improvement. Ensure accurate, compliant HR operations and translate improvement ideas into practical solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Compensation & Benefits
Lead and review C&B activities, including payroll, benefits, statutory insurance, PIT, and related compliance.
Review team members' work for accuracy and timeliness, and contribute to salary benchmarking and reward policy improvements.
Organizational Development and Performance
Contribute to the review and standardization of organizational structures, job titles, job descriptions, competency requirements, and headcount plans.
Work with managers to improve performance evaluation practices and align people processes with business needs.
HR Systems and Process Improvement
Maintain reliable HR data and effective use of HR systems. Investigate issues, coordinate with users and vendors through resolution, and standardize HR policies, procedures, and workflows to improve consistency and efficiency.
People Analytics and Applied AI
Analyze workforce, payroll costs, and performance data to identify trends, investigate root causes, and recommend improvements.
Develop reports and dashboards, and apply AI or automation to suitable HR tasks while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Employee Relations and Collaboration
Address employee concerns and advise managers on applying HR policies fairly and consistently. Collaborate across departments to implement HR initiatives and communicate changes effectively.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, with 3-5 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong hands-on C&B expertise and sound knowledge of Vietnamese labour, statutory insurance, and PIT requirements.
Experience contributing to OD or HR improvement initiatives, such as organizational reviews, performance processes, or policy standardization.
Strong Excel and HR data analysis skills, with the ability to organize information, investigate problems, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
Systems thinking, an AI application mindset, and the ability to turn improvement ideas into workable solutions.
Experience coordinating or reviewing team deliverables and a high standard of accuracy and confidentiality.
Nice-to-have
Experience administering HR systems and improving HRIS workflows.
Hands-on experience with AI, automation, Power BI, Power Query, or similar tools.
Experience with salary benchmarking, competency frameworks, KPI development, or workforce cost analysis.
