The Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Supervisor plays a crucial role in driving organizational success by designing, implementing, and managing innovative and cost-effective total rewards strategies.
- Align compensation and benefits programs with business objectives, supporting overall company strategy and growth initiatives.
- Partner with business units to develop tailored C&B solutions that address specific talent needs and challenges in different areas of the organization.
- Ensure the company attracts, motivates, and retains top talent through competitive and equitable total rewards packages, directly contributing to business performance.
- Optimize the C&B budget to maximize employee value while maintaining cost efficiency, supporting the company's financial goals.
- Drive data-driven decision-making in C&B practices, leveraging HRIS and analytics tools to enhance internal equity, external competitiveness, and overall workforce planning.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of HRIS modules related to C&B, ensuring seamless integration with other HR processes and providing actionable insights to business leaders.
- Elevate the strategic importance of C&B within the organization by increasing awareness and educating stakeholders on its impact on employee engagement, productivity, and business outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations while adapting to evolving market trends in total rewards.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and other departments to develop C&B strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational performance.

Yêu cầu
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of designing and implementing C&B strategies that align with business objectives.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership to develop and execute total rewards programs.
- Strong background in HRIS implementation and optimization, particularly modules related to C&B
- Demonstrated experience in data analytics and using insights to drive C&B decisions.
- History of successful budget management and cost optimization in C&B programs
- Experience in a multi-national or fast-growing company environment is preferred.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing C&B strategies that align with business objectives.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership to develop and execute total rewards programs.
