Call Center or Customer Service Agent (Night Shift, English)

**We are looking for young, dynamic Call center/Customer service agents to support our clients in logistics industry from Bulgaria.
1/ What will you do?
- Communicate and support drivers from logistics companies if they cannot find direction
- Assist Individuals with accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes
- Report immediately serious cases/ inconstant situations to team managers
- Verify and check information of candidates' profiles (call to universities, check with previous companies, check Linkedin, ect)
- Verify Credit card information when customer make some purchase on internet
