Campaign & Merchandise Executive

Reporting to the Campaign Merchandise Manager you will be responsible for:
• Campaign Management (60%): manage Platform (TikTok and [protected info]) campaign, Brand campaign and KOL/KOC campaign including:
o Plan and manage detail Brand campaign based on budget and target
o Understand Brand guidelines, Brand's DNA, requirements, target audience,... to propose relevant affiliate plan
o Work with external (TikTok, Brand, Agency) and internal cross functions (Partnership, Commercial, Creative, Production) to deliver campaign task and ensure performance
o Research market and suggest to find potential KOL/KOCs especially TikTokshop Affiliate
o Standby, update and track campaign performance to related team
o Report and analyze to give insights and key findings to help improve performance
• E-Merchandising (40%): Brief, check and ensure all onsite visibilities are delivered effectively in both timeline and sale revenue targeted
