* Job Summary
- Marketing Executive is a unique role that offers an incredible opportunity for the right person to join the Marketing team, at Wink Hotel Can Tho. This role focuses on supporting and improving Wink Hotels Brand consistently by following and influencing Wink Hotels strategy, taking into consideration customer service, Wink tone of voice and accurate reporting. The Marketing Executive is also responsible for aligning, planning, managing, implementing and monitoring brand and marketing activities on-site in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales.
- This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing and dotted reports to The General Manager and liaises closely with Sales and F&B department.
* Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research on F&B trends and consumer behavior in Can Tho; provide insights for product portfolio development.
- Assist in creating engaging content for social media channels, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate and manage events, promotions, and partnerships to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns/event/activity, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations) and external KOL/KOCs, agencies to deliver briefings, ensure alignment and follow up on daily basis tasks.
- Work closely with F&B Manager to build and execute promotion plans, seasonal pop-up events, and special occasions to enhance visibility of F&B outlets on digital review platforms.
