Mô tả công việc
Assign daily tasks and arrange shift schedules for team members.
Guide and train new staff on service procedures and shift setup.
Perform opening and closing duties in accordance with company standards.
Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the restaurant at all times.
Support team members during service to ensure smooth operations.
Carry out other duties as assigned by the management team.
Yêu cầu
Good-looking
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory/team leader role
Proactive, energetic, and quick in handling unexpected situations
Skilled in handling customer issues with professionalism and tact.
Good team management skills, with the ability to support and train new staff.
English communication skills
