What You'll Do
• Process orders from our website and delivery apps
• Enter and update orders in our POS system
• Coordinate with the kitchen and delivery drivers to ensure orders are ready on time
• Promote current specials and offers to customers
• Learn our menu, including ingredients, allergens, and prices
• Complete end-of-shift reports and balance the cash register

• Good English communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Team player with a positive work ethic
What We Offer
• Starting salary: 8,000,000 VND/month during the 2-month probation period
• Performance and salary review after probation
• One staff meal per shift
• One day off per week
