Mô tả Công việc
- To assist IBS sales in Northern region;
- To draft contracts between the company and the landlords, including negotiation minutes, contracts, annex...
- To draft business cooperation agreements, contracts between the company and business partners;
- To update new real estate projects, hospitals, educational organizations, office buildings, banks, trade centers, real estate investment groups in Northern region;
- To update design consultant companies, main contractors, sub-contractors...;
- To work directly with Investment Departments of MNOs regarding to new contracts, renewed contracts; To follow the progress of signing contracts and to deal with defects (if any);
- To assist Technical Team and Contract Management Team in working with Optimization Departments of MNOs regarding to PAT, maintenance documents when necessary;
- To have frequent contacts with MNOs' staff to push company's works;
- To send weekly reports to Chief of Representative Office and Board of Directors;
- To perform other tasks assigned by Chief of Representative Office and Board of Directors.
- This position have branch sales target
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: Have experience sales of construction project or service relating with construction.
- Prefer experience as sales in mobile carrier, telecommunications, finding IBS (In-Building Solution) projects, real estate industries.
- Language skills: English conversation level
