International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a multinational company specializes in industrial product.
Job Summary:
The head of is responsible for supervising the compliance of Company's Plan and business strategy nationwide
Job Responsibilities:
· Directly administer and implement the Company's Plan and business strategy approved by the BOD; Implement Resolutions and tasks issued and/or assigned by the BOD and General Meeting of Shareholders with competence and in accordance with regulations;
· Implement all operations activities of the company dictated by the regulations of the Law on Business, Law on Securities, Articles of Incorporation, regulations, Policies and CCP of the Company, and commitments, conditions contained in the terms of the Labor Contract between the BOD and General Director and dictated by the applicable laws.
· Ultimate responsibility for all the Business Units of the Company.
· Decides all important issues under the authorization of BOD, including: signing of labor contracts, economical contracts that belong to Consulting Sector, transactions with banks to the amount of 01 billion VND; signing all valid and according to Company CCP to payment slips...
· Does KPI evaluation at least once a year to all staff, proposes to the CCP Board and the BOD cases of award - discipline as regulated to motivate staff and uphold the ethics values in the Company.
· Ensures consulting services grow 30% per year for the first 3 years and profit from consulting services reaches 15-20% on its revenue. Ensures minimum revenue targets from consulting services assigned annually by the BOD.
· Identify and address opportunities for the company in Consulting and Investments and evaluate and address opportunities for the company in these areas which are identified by the Chairman, the Board of Directors or the Chief Operating Officer.
· Prepares and submits in time semi-annual and annual Company plans and financial reports to BOD for approval
· Be authorized Company's legal representative, responsible to the BOD and the community. Builds external relationships with customers, partners, communities and other stakeholders.
· Formulates and organizes the implementation of capital plans (bank loans, capital mobilization).
· Analyses and assesses financial risks to investment projects of the company.
· Timely reports, explains of all issues to BOD and regular General Meeting of Shareholders or when requested
· At the end of each fiscal year, at the latest in February every year, the CEO will submit to the BOD the Company's business plan, expected revenue, and goals for approval.
· Disseminates these approved plans to all employees in March each year, before the start of the new fiscal year.
· Annually in April, CEO will submit to the BOD a preliminary report on revenue and a balance sheet for review and comments.
· Annually, in May, once financial statements of the previous year audited, it is necessary to review the implementation of the Company's business strategy, proposes the Company's development direction in the following year;

· Graduated from University of Science and Technology, Civil Engineering, Transportation, Architecture, Law, Economics, Social Sciences, etc.
· Priority is given to candidates who graduate from abroad, have working experience with foreign partners, have a specific master's degree or an MBA.
· Professional experience, preferably working in a foreign environment.
· Management experience, preferably candidates who have ever held an equivalent position.
· Experience in working with Government authorities on development projects, consulting package.
· Experience in working with oversea partners.
· Priority is given to candidates who graduate from abroad, have working experience with foreign partners, have a specific master's degree or an MBA.
