Job Description:
We are seeking Channel Enablement/Business Analyst Specialist, belong to Product
Business Development Division of FE Credit - with job objective including:
• Implement business plans, sales promotion strategies for assigned regions/business units
• Directly support management to drive, monitor
sales staff at assigned BUs/areas/regions in daily sales activities in order to fulfill assigned business targets.
• Support on training sessions/prepare material/lessons for business unit about portfolio management & deepening customer quality and improving customer portfolio
• Coordinate to develop sales contests, campaigns to increase sales momentum of Personal Loan
• Coordinate to build KPI and Incentive structure for sales team - PL Product
• Coordinate, develop or conduct capability development programs for business units
• Review as-is sales process, status, forms and propose enhancements to adapt to the market
• Review as-is product and propose enhancements to adapt to business trends
• Perform tasks as required by managers
Responsibilities:
• Analyze product, opportunity, propose initiatives to launch new product offers/campaigns/strategies
• Support manager to prepare business case for new product, channel and project
• Run queries on own data (Product Sale performance, Product Profit and Loss performance, Customer Segmentation, etc.)
• Monitor and control performance of products, sales productivity campaigns and projects on a monthly basis
• Analyze, prepare & draw insights from databases that are relevant to specific initiatives, selling projects and campaigns
• Perform other responsibilities and key result areas will be assigned as required
• Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance (degree from the leading foreign university is a plus)
• 02 years of experience in one of the following industries: Business or Economic analyst/ Audit/ Consulting/ Math & Statistics in Telecommunication company/ Banking/ E-commerce/ Insurance/ Finance and Other companies using DWH or big data approach
• Detail oriented, strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Experience in finance company/core banking system, mobile app
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in data analysis and data mining techniques with financial knowledge
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (especially Power Point and Excel), SQL, basic financial knowledge
• English proficiency
