Chief Accountant (For Foreign Owned Enterprise)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Chief Accountant experienced in a 100 % Foreign Owned Enterprise (FOE Co). The candidates should have accounting qualifications and experience of 10 to 15 years in Accounting in FOE - Foreign Owned Enterprise /FI - Foreign Invested /MN - Mutinational Companies, of which minimum 5 to 7 years as Chief Accountant.
Key Responsibilities:
üOversee and manage all daily activities of the accounting team
üReview journal entries, ensure the accurate and timely booking of transactions. Post closing journal entries. Reconcile accounts. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
üMonitor and analyze accounting data. Prepare financial reporting packages, management report, forecasts report... Ensure timely and accurate accounting reports for weekly, monthly, yearly periods.
üOversee the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing. Monitor fund deposit, open/renew fund deposit to optimize working capital.
üReview and approve all payment vouchers.
üCheck and ensure all monthly/yearly tax reports (VAT, CIT, PIT, FCWT) are compliant with tax regulations. Work with local tax authorities.
üMonitor inventory and movements of inventory.
üWork with auditors to complete audited accounts.
üReview payroll, ensure accurate and timely payments to employees.
üCoordinate with sales department, resolve issues to ensure smooth operations.
üPrepare other Ad hoc reports and do tasks as assigned by GM
