Chief Accountant/ Kế Toán Trưởng

- Responsible for annual budgeting, cash flow and monitor monthly forecast.
- Responsible for financial reports monthly and following P/L by projects, control and monitor financial closing reporting process.
- Manage daily cash and expense
- Keep tracking each project to record revenue and corresponding cost accurately and timely
- Reviewing the reconciles AR for each project, preparing overdue debts for each project to control collecting receivables
- Keep tracking and controlling inventory, work in process and cost of goods sold
- Checking tax reports monthly, quarterly and submit on time. Update tax regulation to manager, accounting and other departments. Manage risk of tax in the business activities
- Implementation guidance, solving arising problems related to the accounting. Review fully record the financial accounting transactions from accounting staffs
- Coordinate with other departments to establish processes, regulations, reviewing the contract from other departments
- Coordinate with the banks for credit borrowing and dealing interest rate.
- Dealing with external auditor and tax officer
- Take general responsibility, organize and operate the accounting system, ensure general accounting activities are done smoothly and in accordance with Vietnamese accounting standards, regulations of the Ministry of Finance and group policies.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
