CHIEF ACCOUNTANT - KẾ TOÁN TRƯỞNG

Our company is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Chief Accountant to manage our accounting functions and lead a team in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full sets of accounting, tax, payroll, and administrative tasks, with a strong understanding of local regulations and tax. This role will work closely with management to support financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Full Accounting Oversight: Manage full sets of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting in collaboration with operations teams and senior management.
• Accounting Department Management: Supervise the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring smooth workflow and accurate record-keeping (in coordination with the Director and Manager).
• Audit & Compliance: Prepare financial statements, liaise with external auditors for year-end audits, and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
• Document Review & Approval: Review and verify contracts, agreements, invoices, payment documents, and other accounting-related documents before submission for approval.
• Payroll & HR Support: Manage payroll processing, social insurance claims, personal income tax (PIT) declarations, and unions; and ensure compliance with HR-related accounting tasks.
• Administrative Tasks: Assist with general administrative responsibilities as required by management.
