KEY FUNCTIONS
Accounting Operations Management
Oversee daily accounting activities, ensure accuracy and efficiency in ledgers, financial reporting, and cash flow analysis.
Prepare financial monthly, quarterly, and annual statements in compliance with guidelines and legal requirements.
Audit and Compliance
Lead annual audits, offer insights for procedural improvements and enhance financial processes.
Implement accounting methods and policies
Uphold principles specific to the gaming industry.
Ensure regulatory compliance, adhere to local, state, and federal tax filing and compliance requirements.
Financial Analysis and Planning
Provide strategic financial analysis, support decision-making on investments, pricing, and contract negotiations.
Monitor financial performance, develop strategies to improve profitability and efficiency.
Cage Operations Management
Manage and oversee cage operations, ensure efficient and secure transactions for gaming activities.
Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering regulations, follow all relevant financial regulations and reporting procedures.
Team Leadership and Development
Mentor and develop the accounting team, align departmental objectives with the Company's strategic goals.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the accounting team.
Reporting and Communication
Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the executive team and stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, articulate financial concepts to non-financial colleagues.
Yêu cầu
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or CPA certification highly preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role, with specific experience in the casino or gaming industry strongly desired.
Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, tax regulations, and the unique financial operations of casinos.
Demonstrated proficiency in accounting software and financial systems, with a focus on gaming industry platforms.
Proven leadership in managing accounting teams with a strategic approach to financial management.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
High level of integrity, reliability, and dedication to financial accuracy and transparency.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong understanding of financial risk management and treasury functions.
