Mô tả công việc
Chief Accountant cum Human Resources & General Affairs :
Industry Insight:
Understand the logistics sector, international freight forwarding, and customer needs for Export Processing Enterprises (EPE).
Tax Management:
Handle tax policies, ensuring compliance with Value Added Tax (VAT), Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Personal Income Tax (PIT), Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT), Qualified Domestic Minimum Top-up Tax (QDMTT), Transfer Pricing (TP), and other regulations for logistics companies.
Manage VAT refunds.
Keep track of tax law updates, including benefits and obligations, and work with tax authorities to address issues.
Audit & Reporting:
Have 5-7 years of experience working with Big 4 auditing firms.
Implement and oversee International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS):
Apply IFRS per Vietnam's roadmap and foreign company standards.
Adjust accounting policies to match IFRS and company practices.
Submit monthly management reports to the Korean parent company.
Contract Oversight:
Manage input and output contracts based on Korean parent company rules and local laws.
Internal Controls:
Improve tax and accounting compliance by refining internal processes.
Ensure financial reports are clear and efficient.
Team Management:
Lead accounting, tax, and finance teams to complete tasks on time.
Train staff to boost their skills and expertise.
Financial Advice:
Guide the Board of Directors on tax and accounting effects of new business plans, including financial and salary policies.
Assess financial performance and tax risks for investment projects.
Import-Export Support:
Work with the import-export team to handle documents and advise on legal changes.

Labor Law Knowledge:
Know labor and social insurance laws for Vietnamese and foreign employees.
Update company labor, salary, and benefit rules to comply with Vietnamese laws and Korean parent company standards.
Employee Policies:
Manage insurance for Vietnamese staff.
Handle work permits and visa extensions for foreign employees.
Prepare and end labor contracts.
Report on salary increases and inflation to the Board annually.
Government Liaison:
Deal with labor, social insurance, and police agencies as needed.
Recruitment:
Manage hiring, assess candidates, and meet department and Korean parent company needs.
Cost Management:
Oversee office rental, car rental, taxi cards, stationery, and other administrative costs.

Education & Certifications:
Hold a university degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or similar fields, and have a Chief Accountant Certificate.
Preference for candidates with international certifications like ACCA, CPA, or CMA.
Experience:
At least 7-10 years in accounting, auditing, or tax.
Minimum 5-7 years in a management role.
Experience with top auditing firms or logistics companies is a plus.
Knowledge:
Skilled in VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT, QDMTT, TP, and tax refunds.
Understand Vietnam's tax and financial laws, including recent changes.
Familiarity with US GAAP, IFRS, and global accounting rules is preferred.
Skills:
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving.
Good at communication, negotiation, and leading teams.
Fluent in English for financial reporting and dealing with tax authorities or global partners.
Experienced with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle).
Korean language skills are a bonus.
Qualities:
Careful, honest, and highly responsible.
Able to work under pressure and respond quickly to management requests.
Willing to learn and stay updated on laws and accounting.
