Mô tả công việc
1. Be responsible for tax declaration and finalization (VAT, CIT, FCT, etc...).
2. Be responsible for bookkeeping management and other daily accounting operations.
3. Prepare periodical reports including reports per VAS, overdue AR reports, analyzing reports and other internal & external reports.
4. Prepare statistical analysis and any accounting data analysis upon request.
5. Work with auditing company, tax and other authorities for periodical audit, tax refund, etc...
6. Monitor cash flow.
7. Ensure accounting activities in compliance with Viet Nam local laws and group requirements.
8. Deploy and manage the use of accounting systems and related systems
9. Ensure all data be keyed in the system with accuracy and timely.
10. Manage the accounting staff members to achieve the section's KPI targets.
11. Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree.
- Major: Accounting, Finance, Chief Accountant Certificate is a must.
- Knowledge: VAS, ERP or any accounting software, D365/ SAP System is an advance.
- Experience: 05 years of experience on CA role or GL role.
- Experience in Logistics company.
- Language: Communicative English at all skills.
Other required skills and requirements:
- People management skills.
- Communication, negotiation, Microsoft office, data mindset, analyzing.
- Strong command of accounting fundamentals.
- Outstanding math abilities.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, databases, bookkeeping/accounting software, and other financial systems.
- Accuracy, precision, and the capacity to evaluate large volumes of data.
