• Be in charge of Sunwah Innovations - a member of the Group
• Be responsible for the accounting activities including GL, AR, AP, taxation, invoicing, bookkeeping in compliance with accounting law and relevant regulations
• Prepare monthly management account, tenant report, cash weekly report and ad-hoc reports required by Group and accounting law timely and accurately
• Perform and submit cash flow forecasting, P/L budgeting with detailed assumptions on timely basis
• Monitoring monthly operating result against forecast/budget including analyze variances in monthly and annual budget highlighting key matters for management review
• Monitor cash flow and maintain good financial health for the company, resolve financial matters
• Be responsible for HR matters (including recruitment, monthly payroll, employee compulsory insurance compliance and etc)
• Be responsible for tax compliance of the company
• Liaise closely with Operation team on all matters related to operation, fixed assets management and tenant related issues
• Work with external stakeholders such as Tax authority, Bank, Auditor
• Be in-charge of setting up and maintaining accounting software and accounting procedures of the company
• Other ad-hoc tasks required by the management.
